IMAGE: Image provided must be PRINTER READY, which means there is no editing necessary, except to size and shape the image. If your image does require editing, additional costs may apply. We can print any size and shape that you wish! We can do up to 6 different photos per sheet. Please choose how many different images you would like per page in the drop down menu when you place your order.

Edible image quality greatly depends on photo resolution. To get the best quality images, please provide the highest resolution photo possible. Accepted file formats are .jpg, .png, and .pdf. No links please. Images containing nudity, graphic or violent content are not accepted. If your image can be cropped to remove this content, we will do that for you.


CUSTOM TEXT: We can add custom text to your image! The available font styles and colors are listed in the photos.

When adding text to an image, please keep in mind that the smaller the topper is and/or the busier the image is, the harder it will be to read the text.

The production process will begin once we have your image and/or custom text details. If you do not send your image right away or note the text preferences in the order notes, the production process will pause causing your order to ship later than expected.

PROOFS: Digital proofs are available upon request after your order is placed. Please request a proof in your order notes. Once your order has been placed you will receive a digital proof within two business days. Once the final proof has been approved your order will ship within three business days. Each order can receive up to two digital proofs. Three or more proofs will incur an additional fee.

PRODUCTION: The turn around time for these toppers is three business days. Larger orders (ten sheets or more) will take longer. Time may be added if you have requested a proof (please see Proofs section above).

SHIPPING: Shipping will depend on where you live and the method of shipping you choose. Please note that USPS delivery dates are an ESTIMATE ONLY and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons or due to unexpected delays. Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $30 or more. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which generally arrives in 5 to 7 days. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout to USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 1-4 days. Please note that Priority Mail is not used for free shipping orders.

MATERIAL:
Wafer paper is an edible paper that can be printed using edible ink, and placed on buttercream, royal icing or fondant. It stays rather firm and papery on the dessert, and the consistency is similar to communion wafers. Wafer paper also makes a fantastic drink topper!

Wafer Paper should be stored in cool, dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which they are shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. They will keep indefinitely. However, edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods. Complete instructions are included with your order. It's super easy to do!
